These Remo Coated Controlled Sound drum heads have medium and heavy-duty drum head characteristics. The outer area of the head's playing surface offers mid-range tone and sensitivity. A laminated center dot on bottom (underside of the head) adds durability and tonal focus. Coated Controlled Sound heads are one of Remo's most preferred snare drum heads.
