Your School Bid Pricing Requests:
To receive school bid pricing quotations, please fax your list of desired percussion products on official school letterhead, to our toll free fax line (877)582-2494 or contact us through our website.
Please clearly indicate all model numbers, quantities, and any special instructions on your request and be sure to include your return phone and fax numbers, along with an email address. We will do our best to return your quote, via fax, within 24 hours.
We cannot provide School Bid Pricing over the phone.
Sending A Purchase Order:
When sending us an official Purchase Order, please fax our toll free number or send via the US Mail Service...but not both. Exact Purchase Orders received after 24 hours of each other will be duplicated and shipping and possible restock charges will be incurred.
When faxing or mailing us your Purchase Order, please include the original quotation paperwork that we faxed to you. This will provide accurate information regarding pricing, special instructions, and shipping charges so that your order can be processed and shipped to you in a timely manner.
